3. Where does ResQmotive ship its products?
ResQmotive currently ships to anywhere in Europe and USA. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
4. How can I track my order?

6. Are ResQmotive products covered by a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Please check the warranty details specific to each product in the product description or documentation.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
To adjust your shipping address contact our Customer Support immediately as soon as possible. Please note that we can not adjust if the package is already been send, We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer during the order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any costs made for resending packages will be charged to the customer.

Troubleshoot:
1. Trouble with the jump starter?
Is your battery flat, but the AutoRevive doesn't seem to be able to start your car, please try the following possible solutions:
- Make sure the jump start cables is securely connected to the AutoRevive body. The lights on the adapter at the end of the black and red cables should be flashing red en green if connected correct.
- Make sure the red clamp is secured to the + connector of the battery and the black clamp secured to the - connector of the battery. You can check if it's correctly connected if the lights stop flashing red and green. The green light should be on continuously if connected correct.
- Fully charge the AutoRevive and try again.
- Check which AutoRevive model you have and what type of car you are using it for.
Lite: advised for small cars with an engine up to a 2.0L.
Plus: advised for medium sized cars with an engine up to 2.4L.
Pro: advised for any size car.
- Check if the vehicle is running on a 12V battery. The AutoRevive only works on 12V systems. If you have a regular car or motorbike the odds are 99,99% it's running on a 12V battery.
If none of the above solutions resolve the issue, it may be due to a fully drained battery. The AutoRevive is equipped with a safety feature that allows it to provide power output only when it detects a current, ensuring it cannot be inadvertently used on other objects or individuals.
2. Problems with inflating your tires?
If you encounter difficulties inflating their tires with the AutoRevive, you should first ensure two things: check if the valve cap has been removed and inspect for any air escaping from the clamp. If air is escaping, reattach the clamp to the valve, ensure that the lever of the clamp is pointing upwards. While holding the clamp in the correct position, pull the lever down 90 degrees to securely attach it.
3. Problems with other inflatables?
For inflating all other objects, please utilize the attachments included with the AutoRevive. Ensure that you are using the appropriate attachment for your specific inflatables.
4. LED lights not working?
There are five LED light options in total. To activate the first option, briefly press the lightbulb button. Continue short presses to cycle through all five options. After cycling through all five, another press of the button will turn the light off.
Once you've chosen a light type, you can turn it off by pressing the lightbulb button again. Note that there is a three-second delay after selecting a light type before you can switch it off.
If none of the option seem to work, please make sure the AutoRevive is fully charged.
